neighbourhood mall which is not too crowded on weekends. great for household shopping as there is a Jaya Grocer here

Me and my nephew love this place. There are Texas chicken , ak noodle , korean bbq , fish co, latte mei milk tea , daiso , sushi zanmai , jaya grocer , etc. Very near to my house.

Noodle House in Main Place (LG) is a fantastic joint. The wantan noodle , simple & well prepared and i don't mind returning for more tries

Similar to empire gallery . a quiet n nice place to dine n shop. Can shop at outlets like brands outlet, cotton on n nichii. Not bad for a neighbourhood mall .

NEAT neighbourhood mall , jaya grocer 's supermarket , popular bookstore , toys r us, kemaman classic kopitiam, good mix retail stores, worth taking a half-day to visit.

Fish & Co is located on the LG floor. Do give the place a try if you love Fish & Chips .

Nice place to do shopping. I love their lowest floor. Many restaurants to select and easy to find parking . Less crowd compare to other malls .

Great alternate shopping center that is non-crowded and offer wide variety of choices e.g. Uniqlo, Daiso , Machines, Jaya Grocer .

Most of the shops i love to go are here. Daiso seoul garden popular DIY..

Favourite neighbourhood mall albeit small, it has some really famous brands.

A decent mall equipped with the necessary shops. Love the fact they have Jaya Grocer and I don't need to go far for fresh produce .

It's near to my house and kinda like the mall ...got something for me and my dotter esp the playgym..this will be our regular place soon.

A good place to hangout.. Quiet and not busy. A lot of sales too.

Instead of winning an Almond Snicker from shell, you can just get one in Jaya Grocer . They even have Peanut Butter :P

The developer has done a good job reviving an abandoned condo into a modern mall however they forgotten about proper traffic management. Hope that a better system replaces the confusing system now!

My go to place to eat because theres sau many affordable places to eat here.

Latest opening is kemaman kopitiam, added to the solution for most ppl complain lacking malay restaurant..

a great places to hangout and shopping. lots a well known brand, a new vibe in USJ.

Has quite a number of top brands and F&B outlets but surprisingly it's not crowded .

Good mall to go to :) A variety of shops and eateries ;)

This place has a good mix of retailers , food joints and Jaya Grocer .

A pretty cozy mall . Watch out for the curbs when going up the multistory car park .
