Never had a problem with incorrect food. Wonderful nice people. Service is fantastic.
Be prepared to give your name at the counter - these Arby's folks are over-the-top friendly . Ask for 'Mark'.

They are sooooo slow and get your order right 50% of the time. If you get your food fast, it is most likely cold.
