Such perfect ambience. Amazing place, excellent sunset view and well made cocktails . I'm not sure if they have a happy hour because we were there around 6pm and 4 drinks were under $50! That's fab!

It's windy and dimly lit, but black shawls, slick mini torches (to read the Lebanese and Mediterranean tapas menu ) and weights to hold down champagne flutes, off set the high altitude conditions.
