Having stayed there for a good length of time, I can say that I know of no other place in tehran that even approaches this complex.

More of the cat walks place than walking trail but still the most suitable place I know in Tehran to go for a bit of walking over weekends

Best trail road in Tehran. Many runners come here so you don't get bored. It has a long road with lots of nature and fresh air to satisfy you. Nights are chilly all year around.

It gets crowded at nights so its not suitable for running but in the morning it's decent for running .has lots of coffee shops surrounding the track there is big food court and a bookstore on the way.

A tranquil place with about 3km of walking strip, especially quiet during weekdays. Avoid weekends if you have any exercise in mind. 7/10.

For me : a place for running off from thoughts; chilling with friends; making memories; enjoying the atmosphere and building up some muscles for future

Fresh air & relaxation...the downside is that you should subscribe for entering the Enghelab complex.

A great place to run, walk, and talk and enjoy the environment. Also lots and lots of cafe 's and restaurants to chill

The best place for walking especially in the midweek mornings.the only problem is car park .

Good and safe place for jogging and walking meanwhile not a perfect one. But there is no better choice in Tehran.Too crowded in summers.In winters the road becomes icy with a small amount of snow.

Men are not allowed to walk in with shorts , unless it covers their knees! Some parts of road smells like Weed!

Health road is not perfect but a lovely place for some long walk and relaxing, in a rainy weather is more recommended..

Love the trees love the area but hate the people just showing off...that's why i prefer baam as a walking spot
