Trout Picate was sauceum! Great bar upstairs too. The pool table was fun. Also, the room (Appalachian) was very spacious and WARM! Nice place for a mountain getaway with a view you'll never forget.

This restaurant has changed it's menu and style. It currently offers home style meals that can be served in family style . Loved the meatloaf . Good food at a fair price and a great view .

Under new ownership in May 2014. Lots of renovations making the place look new and fresh. The deck has been stained, as well as the exterior of the entire building. Food was even better.

The Shrimp & Grits are amazing! Some of the best I've ever had - a little Cajun kick provides an explosion of flavor in your mouth.

If you ask for your mashed potatoes on a separate plate the answer will be NO.... So worried about presentation...and they are served UNDER the trout...what's that kind of presentation is that?

Try the filet with gorgonzola cheese ! Yum!
