Nice and clean hotel . Friendly staff . Had an incident, stuck in lift around 15 minutes until technical staff open the door. But overall service is good.

Very good service . Everyone's behaviour is so polite.

Praise God, I can see from d higher ground.

Only accompanied by an alcoholic beverage !

Don't forget to greet the friendly sundanese style staff :)))

Pesen lewat agoda, diskon 63% dr 1,1 jt jd 500an..sampe hotel kamarnya habis..jd diupgrade ke junior suite dgn hrga yg sama :D

kamar nya untuk deluxe nya gede bgt. tapi kolam berenang nya kecil, overall recomended hotel !

Staf hotel ramah , hanya perawatan dan fasilitas hotelnya aja kurang bersih n krg terawat . Makanan so so, nasinya keras euy. Mesti review utk kelas hotel bintang 4
