In the towers water pressure was amazing, room was charming and comfortable . Room service is prompt although quality is about par. Love the lobby bar with piano, tho, and all staff members are loveky
Great Hotel located in downtown Mexico DF. Close to many restaurants and a Starbucks. The City Tour bus stop is very close to the hotel and you can take a ride for less than 10 dollars.
Make a reservation for Bar Jorongo, where the amazing Mariachi Embajadores De México play. If you don't get Club Lounge access, it's worth paying for. Check out the quiet rooftop pool - great view .
Hotel definitely showing its age. Lacks natural light in most of the hotel . Very nice staff , and great lounge for elites with a really solid food situation. Room has comfortable bed but old bathroom .
It's in the heart of the city with delicious breakfast and pretty fast wifi . There is enough space in the room for luggages
Nice, affordable hotel in the heart of the city . Overlooks Angel of Independence - one of the most important places in Mexico... like the Statue of Liberty. Nice room, good food, perfect hospitality .
While some may view the hotel as outdated I as a business traveler see more value in the basic necessities (reliable wifi , accommodating staff and excellent food in the concierge lounge ).
The hotel has a good location and a good breakfast menu . The rooms are a bit outdated though!
Great location at a great price. Best bang for your buck in Mexico City.
Staff are amazing. Location of the hotel is perfect. Gym and other utilities are clean .
Sushi bar , better than expected. Crave for roll or sushi ? This is the place.
Very well located. Easy to go to a lot of places from here.
Not the best in town and a bit rusty, great location and attentive staff .
It's getting old, needs some refreshing soon. That being said, pretty good service for events and meetings. Good location.
Service was great, the rooms very nice.. Definitely coming back.!!
the hotel is a little old, with carpets inside of the room. besides that, the service is very good and the location is ok
Good location and nice staff . But very tiny swimming pool , WIFI with a FEE, old decoration with old carpets in room. Will not come again.
Rooms are getting outdated but very complete fitness center with a sauna .
Great location. Request for a bigger room with handicap access completely ignored
Loved the staff , super friendly and efficient!
The best Marachi's.
Leverage the Concierge they are informative and helpful with all requests.
Internet is expensive and lousy but the gym is pretty good. Restaurants are quite good as well . Excellent service . Ugly hotel .
The showers in this hotel are totally not impressive. Lack of pressure and inconsistent temperature. The bathroom was small and the room was outdated. The staff is friendly and the food was OK.
you got to be platinum and you'll get internet, ironing, capuccino wake up calls, and a butler
Free wifi in the Link Microsoft Lounge in the lobby!
The gym is great!
The toilet flusher is too strong. Just a very gentle press, the water goes away like a flood. Yet, noisy !!
Wifi range didn't cover the whole apartment . Shower temperature wouldn't stay hot but varied up and down. A little disappointed.
It's an old hotel ...wouldn't be my first choice next time
Old and expensive hotel not worth the stay, it lives from the old good times but is evident that those days are over. The only good thing is where it's located
Don’t waste your@money! Need to be updated urgently. No internet in rooms???? Are we back in 2000? How can you not provide internet to guests? Rooms are awful
AWS re:Engage 2024
OLD & OVERPRICED Hotel , shame on Sheraton!
Wifi access not free in all guest rooms and public areas. 15US dollars/day
Old worn out hotel . Dirty corners everywhere, can't live up to its category standards. There is nothing that's actually worth the money. Stay away if you can.
The showers have been an issue lately. No hot water and sometimes no water at all
Working!!!
Quiet - until the neighbor checked in. Now I can hear every little sound from him ... Disgusting!!
200 peso cab ride from the airport
Bad service at check in my room is not ready and i must wait 40min while waiting could not connect to internet because ck in agent did not provide the room #
Great location but extremely outdated. Will not stay here again.
Old, smelly, no internet in rooms... worst Sheraton ever! Need to update inmediately
Looking a little tired, JW Marriott is better
This sheraton is a shame...
Go to Sheraton and enjoy your prom
Yesterday, had no internet… Tonight, 00:20 I arrived in my apartment after 30 minutes in the lobby waiting for a broken elevator…unbelievable what is happening in this Sheraton!!!! >.<
really..i want suggest fom you...
Water pressure is Crap! Rooms are tired and lifts slow. Staff friendly though and helpful..
El hotel es un clásico en CDMX, super bien ubicado. La atención del personal es inmejorable ???????? La clásica ensalada del Chef , solo dos lechuguitas???? pero deliciosa ???? Mi único PERO fue el internet .????
