Tried their signature dishes: CTHD and crispy yam with truffle oil . Both were excellent. Their kou lou yuk, pork neck , fried fish are good too. Highly recommended!
Decent enough Cantonese fare. Sweet and sour fish , abalone with broccoli were the highlights for my 8-course meal.
Crab porridge was rather divine. Besides the usual crab and ginger , there was also green beans and beancurd sticks (腐竹)which added a different dimension
The patin fish is steamed just right. The crocodile is also very good.
Their sweet and sour pork is the most fragrant I've ever had, and three egg spinach is interesting too.
Steamed patin fish done 2 ways is excellent
Get the pigs ears and the sweet and sour pork . Pork was not fatty, and moist, and not over coated with flour.
