The rooms are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. They really go out of their way to make your stay special!

The rooms are a great size and very well maintained, be warned if you are a light sleeper the fire station is at the base of the building and sirens can operate all night(get your ear plugs).

Ask for a view of the Bow River . Hotel is close to Calgary's restaurant row. It's easy, convenient, and has good meals and warm showers .

$20 underground parking before 9AM. Get there early!

The showers are terrible. The rooms all got overhauled in 2010 but not the bathrooms . Anyone who appreciates a GOOD shower stay at the Hyatt down the road .
