Lone Elk County Park

Lone Elk Park is a wildlife management area, with bison, wild turkey, waterfowl, elk and deer. Motorcycles are prohibited. Domestic animals are not allowed, even if confined in a vehicle.

You can’t beat a free drive-thru wildlife park . Buffalo, elk and all the usual Missouri wildlife . A great hike on the White Buffalo Trail .

We go here often have held 3 birthday parties here. Have never had an issue here with the animals. However 2 yrs ago we did see a pregnant woman knocked down while walking between several of them.
