The iced coffee uses a cold brew of doubly concentrated Pike's place. With white mocha flavor, there is a buttery cocoa mask to the full body clove and bitter dark chocolate tones of Pike's.

Very friendly staff—they work hard to accommodate the morning rush but if you lack patience go for a drip coffee that they'll pour immediately.

They are very friendly but consistently slow and doing other tasks rather than making sure the line isn't backing up.

Try the Iced Black Tea w/ no sweetener if you like bitter tea .

Place is usually crowded on school days except Fridays.

They never have decaf ready. Even when they should. They also do everything they can to talk you out of ordering it

The worst location for parking . Only if you are on foot is this place worth it. Sadly also very very slow service. Worth going to the next one.
