Gramedia paling parah di surabaya. Di komputer pencari stok buku yg saya inginkan ada 20, tapi pas dicari di rak gak ada. Mbak2 sama mas2nya kebanyakan ngobrol sendiri, buku2nya berantakan ga diberesi
Akhirnya gramedia ptc ada jugaa...buat pecinta KKPK disana KKPK nya luengkap,kap,kap...tadi aq beli diary,KKPK spider girl and PBC mom!
