Friendly staff and nice breakfast . The rooms need some renovating (paintjob, broken lights ,...).There was also no wifi in the room.
The mosquitoes are huge. Is that good? Our stay was awful, we checked out 2 days early.
We loved villa Carlotta. Friendly staff , a hotel that has the Toscana spirit. Good location, quite area near Boboli Gardens . Nice pool.
If you're handed the key to room 212, turn around and walk away. Do NOT check in. It's dirty , mouldy, has TINY bathroom , tiny windows, and has no real aircon (mouldy hot air).

Good location, nice staff, average breakfast. But the hotel is pretty outdated. This is not a 4-star hotel. The space for the shower is the smallest possible. I guess there are better options in town. - Camila M
