One of the dirtiest beaches in south east Asia - mud, dirt and seaweed ! Dangerous as hotel territory is divided by road with heavy traffic. Photos on booking.com are deceiving and a complete lie.

Staff is friendly and breakfast is nice. Beach is covered with oil and hotel is literally on the street.

Head down Buddy Ave and turn left on the main ring road . 10 mons walk down is Baan Lamai - the best Thai food around, with western options too.

The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Fantastic location to come back to after the hustle and bustle in Chaweng.
