Nice traditional house with a very pretty garden . It's a samurai house but feels like it's just a traditional house rather than having any samurai connection.

Brilliant collections! Can have classic Japanese green tea at real 'old' tea room with amazing garden sight. It's only 300 yen/cup with a traditional snack . Shouldn't miss it.

The museum itself might not have much to write home about. The garden however. Go upstairs and enjoy a nice cup of tea and the serene overhead view of it.

The ancient site of a samurai house located at the foot of the former Kanazawa Castle . Look for the drawing room made of Japanese cypress.
