A lot of people like to have a meeting or work here in the morning. The aircon is cold, the coffee is not as expensive as starbucks and they have decent wifi . I might go here more often.

Be sure to bring your mobile hotspot. They only provide one (1) voucher per order. If you have 2-3 devices with you be sure to use it with your device that you want to work with. -I hate it.

Affordable and cozy place to chill . They have the best brownies and Blueberry cheesecake . For the wifi , ask the cashier for the voucher to avail. 👍

these are what i often order @ offroads coffee . . . for cold drinks, i usually get to drink caffe latte and blueberry cheesecake , for hot coffee , i drink mocha hazelnut coffee :D nam2 :D

Love the place because of the beer . My wife takes the coffer, my kid takes the cookies and I take the beer .. Perfect place for families.

2 hour policy :( you need to order every two hours to renew your stay and wifi code. One outlet per customer too. I miss the old off roads way and ambience :O

i think thisis the best cafe in Cebu. you can get your car washed , you get free wifi and you get good eats.

They close at 12midnight during weekdays and at 1am on weekends (Fri-Sun). They don't turn the wifi off even when they're closed. ;)

Everything is OK at Off Roads , except the workers stare at customers in a very weird and creepy way, its very annoying. Owner should tell workers to stop staring at customers when they're not busy.

They brew a cup each time you order. Unlike some who serve coffee from a pot kept hot.
