I have stayed at this historic and elegant hotel several times. The historic atmosphere of the entire hotel , the friendly staff and the extravagant breakfast buffet is at the top.
Best hot chocolate I've ever had! About €8 but you get several cups. Excellent service and the place is beautiful inside.

Drinks used to be good. Now they make them in a hurry with premade/mixed ingredients
The service in Vinterhagen was not so good. Our server was absent most of the time, and no one asked if we wanted coffee or dessert . The burger was great, though.
