Seems to have regular till problems and "resets" being required. We've sat in Drive Thru for 10 minutes now and it's the third time in recent months! Very odd as we don't come here that often!
Beware of idiots (yes, you, Mr White Van Man) who turn into the one way exit when coming in. As you pull out of the drive-thru don't just look left. Look right too, because there's always one idiot.
The staff need to listen to the customers when they say 'extra sugar please' or 'may I have a napkin' - coffee with no sugar and sticky hands in your car... FAB! :(
Try the coffee , its half decent
Twice in a row my order has been correct! :o unfortunately still no 'Good Morning' or even a smile... I shall live in hope!

Really slow service and too many Johnny no stars on duty
Selection of pick and mix is amazing...but expensive, a lot of cheaper snacking alternatives around the retail park! - Andrew Macleod
Breakfast bloomers are nice. Large lattes are colossal in size. - Keely W
Excellent service and a wide range of different products for sale. My wife uses this place on a regular basis. You can also pick up some bargains from time to time. - Ian Smith
The silverlink Pizza Hut is a great place to go for a meal. Nice staff modernised look of restaurant overall. - Matthew Baty
Breakfasts are lovely and for £5 each you certainly can't go wrong compared to some places! - Keely W
Got to be the best fish and chips in the North East. Good sized portions and friendly staff. The restaurant side of things needs to be updated a bit. Very busy place. My family love it. - Ian Smith
At busy times, turn right on entering and look for a space down at the Halfords / Poundland end of the car park - it's generally a bit quieter. - Simon Howard
