One of the best hotels in DC. I can't go anywhere else. Great service and ambiance and within walking distance from everything.
Love it! Great location! Te lobby has several places to relax or work if you don't want to stay in your room. Also there are several good and drink options within 50ft from one another.
One of few Marriott Marquis in the world. I'm always partial to Marriotts and this one is no different! Great staff , beautiful rooms, great for conferences , great food, and great drinks. Recommended.
I've been too a few events here and each time I've had a great experience. What a beautiful hotel . Also the Lobby bar is excellent.
Super comfy bed and pillows ! Quick decent food from room service . Staff is incredible, very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent all place to stay in great location.
Absolutely gorgeous lobby with light bar service—great meeting place for groups. Beautiful, functional rooms, I love the leather chair with ottoman for late-night work sessions. Love this hotel ! ❤️
We attended WhiskeyFest, an outstanding collection of distillers offering samples of their wares. Marriott provided snacks of quality and variety.
I see a lot of people complaining about the cell phone network. I have AT&T and the network is perfect if you have another network provider then it's your issue not the hotel !!
The staff is friendly , rooms are clean , and beds are super comfy . They are always updating and making it better.
Beautiful new hotel . A convenient walk to the Verizon Center and Chinatown. Very clean inside. I would definitely book here again.
High Velocity bar has excellent local beers and the Mumbo Sauce wings were a fun option. Handsome brewery beers on tap is reason enough to visit.
Staff very accommodating, showers well designed. Underground tunnel to convention center .
Huge hotel with 2fls of fitness center that's open 24/7. Not far from metro station
New & Luxury hotel , nice decoration, good staff .... The only issue i have difficult to call (in&out) or to connect on my own cellphone network
Sports bar is large, airy, with quick service . Pricey , but expected at DC hotel . Greek salad came with falafel and chicken , which was great!
The location is great! As is the customer service. The amenities not so spectacular. E.g. no spa or pool
No cell service on the M3 and M4 levels. Little service on the M2 level. Be prepared to have your phone charger or to set your phone on airplane mode to conserve your battery
At&t is the only cell provider who got their repeaters installed in time. All other providers will have NO cell service on the M2 thru M4 levels
Conveniently located with many amenities within the building.
Huge hotel . Good M Lounge . Rooms are decent. Getting a bit old. Great location.
Great Marriott best one Yet!
OK service but it is also heavily trafficked by convention center folks as its attached. Great of you're there for a convention but not if you're swamped by them and not staying there.
No Verizon cell service at most lvls, AT&T works fine. valet parking cost of $50+ /day- u can get half price parking within a block
Amazing ... in one word . One of the best times I had in Washington DC .
The M Lounge ! For Marriott Elite Members! Great Breakfast !
the velocity sports bar seems nice. great staff and good food.
If the lobby and center space doesn't already say enough... what will?
A convention center that's big and echoey and gets the job done.
If it is raining, be careful when walking in the lobby. It is very slippery!
Great location, great food, lots of open spaces .
Beautiful hotel !! Nice people .. nice workers ..
Bed bugs in the rooms
SKIP IT - Beautiful lobby but I was up two nights to sounds of power tools, saws and hammers.
Just checked in to the brand new Marquis in DC. #HPN2014
Really nice, Esau in consierge very helpful
Everything is new...so if something is broken, you probably did it.....
Great conference amenities .
Attending the Federalist Society Annual Dinner w/ @jmnlawyer & @justicewillet. #FedSoc2014 #tcot
Nice and modern hotel !
After dinner cocktails
New hotel next to convention center
No cell phone reception in the lower levels. Connect to the hotel Wi-Fi instead
A very nice hotel .
Do not get a room on the street side. Honking, street noise and taxi whistles
Fridges in every room!
wifi and cellular service are dismal. request a room facing the street for better luck.
No idea what the person is talking about who said there was poor cell service . Used my cell in conference rooms on m2 and m3 for 2 days with no issues.
Happy Hour time with Jillian!!!
Bad ass hotel , location, location, location
The air conditioning
