Robert au the Fyve Bar is the best bartender ever. Try the fitness club the steam room and sauna are simply wonderful. Thomas at checkin is the friendliest greeting ever. I love this hotel !

Location is great, hotel and amenities are nice but we weren't overly impressed with the rooms.

Use the IBM rate and get the room for $210/night.

Area outside the elevators on the 12th floor smells like urine and the A/C in my room only blows cold air without sucking out the humidity. I feel like I'm staying in a cold damp cave .

Virginia on the club level is a pro. Awesome attentive service .
