Designed line an ancient fortified structure, it's really cool and a good place for tourists to stay. It's connected to the Panmen Gate park, which is pretty large and a nice scenic area. - Dave Mc

I got surprises gift everyday from the hotel staff. They are very nice and friendly. Bus and metro stations are just 1 minute away from the hotel. Definitely will stay here again if I visit Suzhou👍 - Melani Chou Adrian

Two towers in this hotel and we stayed in the Grand Rezen in the west wing. Amazing stay! It’s a bit far away from the city center but service, room layout and cafe definitely made amends! - 💁🏻 SrKeeda
