nice place to stay & nice spa service

Service was good. Clean , spacious room . Location is excellent for calmness . Gym is working well . Only downside is the food, breakfast or lunch were just bad.

If the house keeping tells you that they cannot give you extra towel, ask the front desk. This would be a 2.5-3 star hotel but everything is clean and pleasant for its worth.

If you dont want to get stuck in the middle of KK's traffic jam yet still near to the city area, this hotel will absolutely be your wonderful escape.

It's a 'legacy' hotel , but still very decent to stay. Value for money .

Non-smoking space, just as it should be, and the showers are high pressure heaven.

Breakfast and lunch buffet is moderate, not much choice. But i really love the new interior deco!

6 Oct 2013 - Unfriendly staff , a man behind egg station. Did not smile or say a word when I ordered. I ended up waiting & left without having my omelette for my breakfast .

what a bad place to work . all staffs are like unprofessional and narrow minded.
