Weve went for a dinner here at the Ritz Carlton, went to the sands - waitress named Cici, very proactive and helpful - offer us cold water first and assist us to have a reservation at Sofia Restaurant

Quiet beach side and good variety of breakfast choices. Service level isn’t up to its brand though.

Ritz-kids is a great place to spend the day with the family. If you have kids make sure to stop in. There are lots of fun activities.

Many of the hotel staff here are non-Chinese Asians, because apparently learning to speak Chinese for other Asians isn't as hard as learning actual customer service is for Chinese people.
