Forgot running shoes so asked for some through new New Balance program - shoes brand new with tags and new socks to use and keep. Clothes also available. Fee is only $5.

Valet is $35, but you get front door drop off and pick up (great for me traveling with 7mo old and baby gear), plus you can go in and out as much as you want, can't with garage . You'd pay each time.

Love staying here when we come to San Antonio- great location, nice staff , comfortable rooms (not sure what they've done with the pillows though, not as comfortable as they used to be)

Park @ near by lots for $10 a night rather than the $30 valet they charge. Especially if you just plan on walking everywhere since you are staying in the middle of it all.

Great location on the Riverwalk. Not in the main area, a bit more quiet but that’s what we like about it. Nice restaurant in the hotel , and lots of other choices within walking distance.

This is the best place Ive been in my life. The hotel was very accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful.

River view rooms are great with the balconies . Studio suites ending in 05 have great views

Everyday at 5pm The Westin Riverwalk hosts Le Merienda (Spanish Tea ) and features some AMAZING sangria ! Seriously, try it!

Service is fantastic!! Bellmen, front desk, facilities. I dunno what the other guy leaving a tip here was talking about. The staff is very good.

Great walk by the river , but there is so hot. Insane.

You can easily sneak into the pool after hours via a door in the stairwell (4th floor) ^_^

Westin guests have access to the laundry at the Hilton next door. Just show your Westin key for access

Gym is under Renovation. If you need access Visit La Contessa Hotel across the street. They have arrangements with this hotel to accomodate us.

An amazing hotel in the middle of the river walk.

Great location and very nice finish in the hotel .

Daily parking is $35 here. Self park in the lot across the street for just $15!

Ask for Chris if you need a bell Guy. He's amazing. Knows all the cool info. So tip him well .
