See Reina and Marquita at the front desk- they are amazing! Helpful, joyful and sweet. We have been coming to Anchorage for years and stay here much due to these two ladies at the front.
Set up a shuttle time to head to the airport and when it was time to go we found out he left to pick people up when I confronted the front desk the man didn't care at all! Rude! I will never stay agai
