来槟城必吃的咸蛋炒粿条，好香哦。酱料是有一点点甜甜的。炭火猛灶快炒，粿条边缘微焦脆，内里软糯，带独特烟熏香。扁平粿条（河粉）+ 鲜虾 + 血蚶 + 豆芽 + 韭菜 + 鸡蛋，鸭蛋（比鸡蛋更香浓），加入灵魂猪油渣和鱼露提鲜。南洋化后加入叁峇酱。这家里面还放了广式腊肠，虽然有些人觉得放了这个的不正宗，反正不影响口味。
