The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Even after a week, you won't get tired of it. And, the level of staffing is absolutely superb!

Orange juice at breakfirst is very delicious.

The service is fair at best, the only thing worse is the wifi (terribly slow) In addition we had issues with the door keys, and lots of up-charges for things like the shuttle to V&A waterfront

Also, make sure you provide your Institute of Directors membership details on check-in!

The hotel next door us much better. It is also a Southern Sun Hotel but much better. The Cullinan rocks.

Wifi here is an absolute joke. Email & whatsapp work - that's it. If you need to do any business that uses wifi - forget it.

Pitty you can't add room service to your room and have to pay immediately...

No mini bar in the room. And every request made seems impossible. : ( I still prefers The Cullinan which is just behind the hotel .

Somehow this hotel gives me a bad encounter. The interior is good, Comfy & convenient location. However, the services is so horrible. They are rude, slow, lazy, and request were turn down rudely!
