They are very slow in processing the applications. Make sure you have ALL the documents and that they’re in English. You can’t pay using your card so bring cash as well .

There is no organization at all people have an appointment plus the number and the stuff worker pass the numbers. Need improvement ????????

If you are late and couldn't book a time call any travel agency and they will get one including all the fees. Approximately from 1200 SAR to 1400 SAR (not more)

كل الخدمات الإضافية كذب ومضيعة للمال والوقت سواء VIP او خدمة الرسائل او الخدمة السريعة ودائماً يكذبون يقولون جوازك ممكن ياخذ ١٥ - ٢١ يوم اذا تبيه قبل ادفع طبعاً انا ما ادفع ويجي خلال ٥ إلى ١٠ أيام

عدم التنظيم صراحة شئ مؤسف ،، ألوم المركز وألوم الناس ،، الحين الناس اللي هنا كلهم مسافرين دول متطورة .. وهناك أكيد راح يمشون على النظام ،، طيب متى نتغير للأفضل ؟؟
