There are four yoga classes throughout the week. Saturday mornings. Noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays and Wednesday evenings. So the Central Y can be your yoga hub or compliment your favorite studio.

Tiara's Power Yoga class on Sundays at 1230 pm is the best mix of calisthenics and yoga . She works all the major muscles .
New gym good space . Good steam dry sauna . Towel service. Parking a lil tricky. Doesn't seem to be enuf shower box during peak hrs
If you want to play basketball , they have extra basketballs on hand for the gym upstairs!
Check out Mary's combo class of spinning at 6p.m.Wednesdays and Yoga at 6:30 p.m.

Come early and come hungry on Saturdays. Bourchards in the middle of the indoor market makes fantastic breakfast omelettes to order any way you want with fresh ingredients. - Sara Kowatch
