This place is fantastic. Right near the Yasaka shrine - good, cheap noodles . I was the only tourist here. Get the curry noodles for sure.
curry tempura udon is very good especially the shrimp tempura with curry is amazing. we also liked hot soba . you can ask to change your udon noodle to soba noodles .
Soba noodle is really nice and the restaurant is available till the midnight

名物のカレーうどん は、祇園界隈で呑んだ後の〆には最高です。夜中の3時までやっているのも有難い。
関西のカレーうどん は牛肉 が一般的らしい。関東は豚肉 。サーブしてくれる店員さんが片言の日本語 でニコニコがんばってて好印象☺おひとりさまの女性客も次々入ってきた。地元の人にも人気なのかなあ☺
80% 이상이 치즈비프커리우동을 먹는데 기대보다 특별하지 않다. 특히 우동면이 너무 퍼져있어서 아쉬움ㅜㅜ 커리는 적당한 맛. - 인테리어는 대단한 맛집 같은데 확실히 맛집은 아님(실패에 가까운 선택) 영어메뉴가 준비되어 있고 캐시만 받으니 참고하시길.
遅くまで空いてるおいしいうどん屋 。名物のカレーうどん もおいしいが、普通のうどん もおいしい。ラストオーダーは2時30分です。

The best udon shop around Momoyama. You can eat Nabe udon or some Nabe dishes as well at dinner time. Must try it when it's winter. - Omansowa
