I've changed my mind since my poor "tips" of the past. In a matter of a few short DAYS, everything has improved: service and food preparation back to the high standards one can rely on from IHOP.
Good fast breakfast all hours of the day. But there's just NO WAY ihop can be mentioned in the same category with 5 Loaves or Chas Cafe '!
