Service really bad! The waitress don't even know how to take ala carte order. We had to wait for 40 minutes for ayam penyet when there were hardly people.

nice view to lake toba, room size is quite big, food is very nice, but soundproofing at room is not perfect and quite far to lake toba if walking. a nice place to stay. - lam way
