The guys at the desk are very helpful and speak a bit of English. The gym is great but the lifting area is a bit tiny and there's no pool.
Too crowded from 14h to 16h and you are basically touching someone's arse when you're getting dressed . Awfully unhelpful and idiotic (male) employees. However, definitely worth the 33eur per month.
WiFi is finally nice now. Fast and easy. Log in as a guest with 2 devices on the same connection! Cool!
Both wiFi & in-room entertainment sucks. Very good but very expensive breakfast buffet .
Un muy buen gimnasio al mejor precio que puedas encontrar en la zona. Sin duda la sala de musculación es la mejor de la zona, y llevo 6 años entrenando .
Tienes que llevar tu propio candado para la taquilla! Eso sí, los empleados muy majos. Sin demasiada gente los fines de semana ¡Abren todos los días!

La terraza de la novena planta con la piscina es espectacular. Las habitaciones estan bien aunque algo anticuadas.
Los sábados las clases muy llenas. Por la manana mejor.
Siempre a parir. No tienen un buen sistema de asociado y con este precio, no saben donde esta su techo. Maquinas a revisar y saturadas

La Terrazza offre de délicieux petit-déjeuners sains. En revanche éviter le Big Blue pour le dîner , vide , cher et médiocre pour un restaurant d'hôtel 4 étoiles

Deberían prohibir entrenar a la gente que ocupa las maquinas sin usarlas

We loved it although it was quite hard to navigate to the right floor. For instance, if you had something with you, then you can't use the elevator since it has access the parking garage! - Abdul

Clean, warm and with free toilets and several food options. Not a place to do American style mall walking as one loop on the bottom is 250 steps at your most optimistic. - Laura Hale
