The pool is very short you have to do a lot of lengths to make it worth while. Watch when turning only 3ft deep so it's easy to scrape toes and knees. Open from 5am - 11pm
Was out of action the week I visited so could not use the facilities. So brought my gym gear on the trip for no reason. Wish I had got the heads up in advance.

Huge gym for a hotel. Many cardio machines. Two pulley towers. Standard set of weight machines. And there is an upper level with a dumbbell rack with 60 lb dumbbells. - Ray
