平成2年（1990年）には国際花 と緑の博覧会（花の万博）が開催され、その際に、55の国 や国際機関から出展された庭園 と4つの日本庭園 からなるメモリアルガーデン。それぞれに趣の異なる庭づくりにお国柄がしのばれます。
花 博の宴も終わり、手入れが追いつかない様ですが、雰囲気はとてもいいですよ。

It is a little confusing where to go once you get off the subway. Just look for this tower, it is right beside the gardens you're looking for. You can just see the glass rooftop peeking out. - Mel0023
