This is an old schooled type sandwich place which has little portion but high quality ingredients with fair price . It's a takeaway choice. I tried hiroica in there which was satisfying. مغز و زبون 😍

About the place: recently they've added another store to their space and now they are much bigger and spacious . This new store also serves pizza which they did not have before in their menu.

We visited during the pandemic , looked clean , tried both pizza and grill chicken sandwich . acceptable quality,but not something new or special.

I never could imagine having "Kotlet " & "Kuku Sabzi" in a place like this and go for a second round...& the glass bottled Cokes makes a perfect combo.

The only option for vegetarians is KukuSabzi, and so delicious, although the place is too tight and better to be just a take away food, Armen plus is right next but these old styles are much better

About the food: they say "choobi kebab " is good, no it's not. It's quality is mediocre if not bad. Using oil for several times makes these sandwiches very unhealthy.They use very low quality cheese .

I have tried cheeseburger . There was onion and vegetable mixture in the sandwich that made it more delicious. No table but some seat placed outside. Good for friends groups.

A small sandwich place , turned into a fastfood recently. Portions are small and won't fill you, so don't get fooled into thinking about average pricing. Outside sitting is provided, and it's fun!

This time I wasn't impressed with Armen. The heroica chicken was terrible and partially cold. It wasn't hand-made. It was actually from Robat company. And frankfurters were not good at all.
