Walls aren't quite soundproof, but location in town & near Bowdoin College make it ideal. Friendly staff too, from front desk-housekeeping!

The tavern has, in all seriousness, the best crab cakes in Maine.
Wireless doesn't seem to reach the 3rd floor. Argh. Otherwise really nice hotel .
The crab cakes used to be great; recently, though, the cakes tasted bland.
