Very friendly and helpful personnel. They speak English well . Rooms have a basic level of comfort but are quite cramped. Money-wise this hotel is a very good deal . Also subway stop 50 meters away.
Pleasant hotel , really enjoyed our stay there and surely come back. Very friendly staff . Walking distance to Akihabara (10'), Imperial Palace area and Ueno (20'), and Ginza (about 25').
Convenient location near rail and subway lines . Excellent daily breakfast and the espresso machine in the lobby is a lifesaver. Staff speaks English well , plus Shishedo shower products are nice 👍🏻
