Vegetable Phó with white rice was delicious, reminded me of when I was in Vietnam. Tsingtao is a great choice to go with if you spice it up.
The pho broth was a bit on the sweet side. Served with herbs mixed in, and a small side of hoisin and Sriracha . Had to ask for lime wedges.
