I would have preferred the room to be a bit cleaner but the staff is great. I became sick while on vacation and had to stay longer than I planned and everyone there was so polite and very helpful.

We were delighted with the shops and great restaurants all within easy walking distance. Metro station across the street. Super nice staff who kept checking in with us to ensure our satisfaction.

The Free Wifi offered here is really crappy, try wired internet instead if possible; it's reasonably fast!

This area is surprisingly lively . Get out and walk around the neighborhood . An unexpected pleasure.

First hotel I've stayed in that doesn't provide a hair dryer or have a heat lamp in the bathroom . Nice sheets tho.

The Internet in this hotel is completely unacceptable if you're on a business trip

The menu button on the TV does not bring up any additional movie channels.

Ray's steaks nearby is a great restaurant .

Poor customer service. Had to wait forever to check-in. Then they gave somebody else the same room as ours. That was really awkward!!
