This hotel as no privacy standards, my personal information, passport, visa card number were all put online. I wanted to talk to the manager and was mobbed and beaten by the staff . Do Not stay at here
古南都的自助餐還是不錯的，午餐價格一百多塊一個人，也不是很貴。不過刺身不太好吃。

Very nice hotel better than the Westin Shanghai. Old since only 3 years, it looks brand new, friendly staff, good buffet and good location, right next to the Lake subway station ! Win win ! - JulienF
