Nice café near Westminster hall. Perfect for a break after the visit of the Houses of Parliament!
Bit expensive , but as you would expect I guess. Go with your local MP and they ought to pay for you anyway.

One of the best Italian cafe/restaurants in London that can offer you indoors & outdoors seating area. They have a wonderful collection for breakfast and lunch. I prefer it as a breakfast place - Mada 🐎🎾 🏊🏻♀️☕️ 🎸
