Upgrade to a suite if u can, esp Starwood Platinum members. Interact with front desk manager who is a fountain of helpful knowledge n suggestions. Faizal, front desk manager is exceptional.

Over-touristy & mediocre service for a 5stars.Was there to enquire room rates & was told to go book fr the website.The Danna Langkawi is much better-exclusive,attentive & nicer swimming pool trust me.

Good breakfast spread . Service was wonderful. Staff was very helpful. Love the gym facility. However the beach ain't got nothing impressive. If you want a relaxing holiday then this would be ideal.

Everything was good. Friendly n helpful staff , nice room, good food, amazing facilities. We got to join the sunset yoga by the beach , what an experience. highly recommended.

Room is spacious . They have buggy to fetch you to collect your car at car park . Breakfast has lots of variety. Pool is big, sea water at the beach side is calm . The down side is soundproof is very bad

It's a great place to stay and relax. Service is good, all your requests are arranged timely. Good territory, green area , some monkeys are around. Nice entertainment and few pools are there)

I like this place more than any thing ... Swimming pool the sea ... And all good restaurant around you... And the night market in the street.

You have to try their massages , and the drinks beside the pool. Try to get a private villa if you can.

Great service, greeted with a tower and an orange juice while checking in. View and hotel room are great as well . Restaurant , so so, not much selection therefore I won't recommend to dine in here.

Got a room upgrade which was nice. Room is beautiful and very bright . Pool is very nice and views are great. Stuff is a bit slow and not helpful.

The beachfront villas are beautiful with a private pool and view of the ocean - well worth the money!

Great swimming pools but best of all are their Heavenly Beds! #bestsleepever

Hotel normal and receptions weren’t friends. Food wasnt good other than the breakfast . Food prices over. I will not waste my time to visit the hotel again and already reported the same to SPG Group.
