It's like walking into grandma 's house. The place is packed so don't expect immediate service. Everyone is friendly here, even other patrons. There was 7 of us & we each enjoyed our food. 2 thumbs up!
The sausage gravy is great. Much better than the bland gruel they serve at Cracker Barrel. Get the breakfast burrito with sausage and then sausage gravy over it. The green chili is also great.
The Bear Breakfast Burrito is incredible. We mixed it up with the green chilli and sausage sauce (half and half ). Great value and definitely fills the gap!
They have GF pancakes that come in 3s and are the size of the plate. The menu is extensive, but good old fashioned diner food worth lovely staff that call you Hun.
Burritos are fantastic! Good pancakes and specials too... All food seems good! We love this place. Brilliant staff , service and atmosphere! Bears abound!
This is a great local restaurant . They are always packed, plan on waiting for a table. Parking can be tricky and scarce. The food is great, the price is cheap , and you will always have plenty to take
Breakfast burrito is huge and very good but know this if you are there first and the regular's come in after you they get their food out first
Great food. It's a fun stop on a long drive or a local stop. All the bears are hilarious and adorable.
Second Saturday in a row at the Hungry Bear. All of the crepes are amazing, and the bacon is always perfect.

Nothing fancy here but a good, diner-style meal. Bears (real bears) occasionally seen nearby tearing through the trash.
