This is the only Apple Store I've seen that almost always has more employees than visitors/customers. I'd say that's a good thing: you always get to play with the device you want to -- no waiting.

Conestoga is a much better location than stores in the GTA for Genius appointments , a lot less volume.

If you have a choice other than Conestoga one, go for it. They never have a same week appointment available.

If you make an appointment be here an hour early or they'll find a way not to honour it and keep you or waiting with all the other grumpy customers

MacBook .... Apple Care

Drove from Hamilton last night, and took in my iPhone 4 because it wasn't working. They wouldn't help me at all!!! I only had it for 2 days, they told me to make an appointment and come back :(

Worst service ever

Service is focused on getting you out quick, after waiting a long while for anyone to help you. Repairs are ridiculously expensive , even 2-3 days out if warranty.

Wanna be really cool? Forget apple and go open source. Linux for your comp & Android for your phone and pad.
