If you are ever in Tyler, TX, stop by Fresh! It's the small town version of say Central Market or Whole Foods . If it is a weekend day, you can usually get LOTS of yummy samples around the store.
OK this place is crazy good. If you haven't been, come. Try anything on the menu but highly recommend recommend the Adult Grilled Cheese !
