Tourist Tip: The best time to go is just before sunset . There's a nice photo spot from the walkway, just under the tower.
Be sure to check out the memorial to the 1995 earthquake. A poignant reminder to the power of nature.
The park is even more beautiful at night because illumination of ferris wheel and other buildings. Nice to stroll here.
