They just executed a nice Redesign... upgraded product lines , but the CHECKOUT LINES? Still remarkable (not remarkable in the good way). And, one glaring gaping hole in avail products: decent coffee
Park on Wilshire Blvd. There's more parking spaces then take the stairs or elevator to enter the store.

There is a large Bandshell that holds frequent events. I particularly enjoyed Nosaj Thing and the Allah La's there. Several quiet spots to read, people watch or take in the downtown skyline. - Mayhugh
