One of my favorite park in town ! On a good day you can see up to 4 Mountains . It's a neat park and they also have a dog park . Make sure to take the time to do the 4T trail !
Awesome views of the city !! Can see both east and west from the park with views of Hood, Adams, St. Helens, and even Rainier on a clear day
Pull up your car and watch the sunset with a blanket and some snacks .???? ????

Stand in the very center of the circle within the stone wall, right over the metal dot. Very cool acoustic effect.

Can park at Marquam and hike all of the way up to Council Crest for a great view of the city and Mt Hood. - Sara Joy

Taking the tour inside isn't really necessary imo. The view of Portland in the backyard is a must though. - Al B.
