I'm not the biggest fan of mole but their mole sampler is the best mole I've had, the attention is amazing.. the captain speaks at least 4 languages and it's incredibly nice

Great place. The "chicharrón prenzado" tacos are a total must. Try the raisin liquor , even if it's just a tiny drink. Don't let the "30-45 minute wait" scare you off, it's usually half that.

Entrada de chalupas deliciosas, principalmente las de salsa roja . Para quitar el frío un mezcal viene perfecto con sal de gus' y de platillo 3 enchiladas (pipan verde, pipan rojo y mole poblano ).

Uno de los restaurantes más tradicionales con sabores típicos poblanos, el mole poblano con cerdo , los chiles en nogada son exquisitos, no dejes de probar de postre "regalo a Quetzalcoatl"

Atendimento impecável e a comida é sensacional. O prato com vários moles poblanos vale a pena! Marguerita de tamarindo estava fanstástica. Vale a fila de espera!

¡Exquisito el chile en nogada , lo realza en forma suprema la nogada !. Finalizar con una ginebra Ungava, canadiense, preparada con agua quina, cúrcuma y romero . Acudir con su amor.

Excepcional. Comi a salada de nopal (cacto), Camarões ao mezcal , o mole de cerdo e de sobremesa o Regalo Quetzalcoatl (bolinho de cacau com sorvete de baunilha ). Tudo divino.

Arroz con bichos (ver foto) no fué de mis platillos favoritos, me quedo con los escamoles , su servicio y comida excelentes un poco caro , pero vale la pena.
